The owner of this ad and company Investigation Service - 30 Yrs Exp. www.floridainvestigationservice.com Investigation service Free Consultations 305-551-6448. The guy who calls himself Frank but his real name is Francisco Ybarra License # 0002039 is a total con man. After I paid him a $10,000 retainer. The way he started conducting the investigation was very unprofessional, and plain bull. He is not private, and he does no investigation. He tells you he is do the work but really he is probably smoking crack with your money. He lies about everything and is only out to get your money, and then start coming up with excuses why he is unable to do what he promises in the beginning when you retain him. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF BOLOGNA.

TO COME CLEAN, TAKE BACK YOUR LIES AND PAY WHAT YOU OWE..I EVEN GAVE YOU A CHANCE TO GO TO COURT SO BOTH OF US COULD TELL IT TO A JUDGE..YOU NEVER CAME TO COURT AND REFUSED SERVICE [PALM BEACH COUNTY CASE #2012SC017551XXXXSB]...SO BE IT... HAVE IT YOUR WAY.... My name is Francisco Ybarra, I'm a private investigator, I was hired by Mr. Avrus to conduct an investigation on the mother of his son. Mr. Avrus, was present during many of the surveillance's that were carried out in his case. He was given DVD's and both verbal and written reports [ up to that point all was fine with him ]. It was only when we informed him that the mother of his child was not doing anything wrong, as he said she was, that he became angry with the work being done . At that point he said, he had paid a lot of money...and could pay much more, since he owned a mortgage company in Boca Raton, but he wanted certain things done. WHEN I REFUSED, SINCE WHAT HE WANTED DONE WAS UNETHICAL, WRONG, AND POSSIBLY BORDER LINE ILLEGAL....HE BECAME VERY ANGRY AND FORGOT ABOUT EXTRA MONEYS HE OWED ME [RIPPED ME OFF MONEY WISE] AND RIPPED OFF MY REPUTATION [OF 33YRS. He even went as far as saying that I engage in criminal activity [drug use] which I don't..... He on the other hand lied and said he had no criminal record....when he dose....
